You don’t have to be afraid to use busses or trains because of TB. TB is not easily spread. To get TB you have to be usually several hours near a person who has TB. You should anyhow move little bit far away from a couching person and wash your hands after you have left the bus. The person who is coughing can have flue which is much easily spread.
