This site has been created by Filha and the Organization for Respiratory Health in Finland with the support of Finnish private tuberculosis foundations and the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health of Finland.
Filha (Finnish Lung Health Association) was founded in 1907 as the Finnish Anti-Tuberculosis Association. Since 2003 the association operates under the current name. Filha is an expert organization and a training centre in the field of tuberculosis and lung disease. Filha works as an WHO Collaborating Center in the prevention, control and treatment of tuberculosis in the neighbouring areas of Finland.

The Organization for Respiratory Health in Finland is a patient organization promoting lung health and good quality of life for those with respiratory condition. The organization defends the interests of respiratory patients and supports well-being and health. Patients and their close ones from different parts of Finland are members in the local associations of the organization. In addition, the organization provides rehabilitation, training and employment services to everybody living in Finland.
